Here are some shots of the boys' Halloween costumes. As you might have guessed (or as you might not have guessed,) Cole was "Old King Cole," and Noah was the Grinch who stole Christmas. (Noah has wanted to be the Grinch all along!) We went and visited our families and neighbors, and then attended the church carnival/trunk or treat. It was fun! We also painted these rocks and drew faces on them for Halloween decorations. (I found the idea on someone else's blog, so I won't take credit for it!) I hope you all had a fun Halloween too! Next? Thanksgiving! Who's excited? I am! I am!
The makeup had worn off, but Noah was still feeling a little "Grinchy."
I forgot to post photos, but a couple weeks ago, the Buttreys came over and let the boys ride their horses. The kids LOVED it. These horses live out in the pasture here, so it's fun to have this great opportunity.

I love the creativity of your boys' costumes! Very cool!
I wanted a from-the-back pose of the cape you laboriously sewed. It looks sew adorable! :)
Very cute costumes! And I love the painted rocks! Very cute idea...even if you didn't come up with it yourself.
ps. I'm very excited for Thanksgiving, especially if I don't have to do all the cooking!
That looks like so much fun! The boys are so cute and look ready to get some candy! I really like your pumpkins! You are so creative!
