The Last Shall Be First...

These photos are to catch up on some of the things we've been up to since our computer went on the fritz. Because it would take me all day to switch their order, I will start with the most recent first and move on back! By the way, if you'd like to know what the computer has been up to, just check my poetry blog. (timeforarhyme.blogspot.com)
And if you're wondering, my Mama is home from the hospital and feeling much better than she was a week ago! She went to the hospital (on her BIRTHDAY, of all days!) and had some major pain associated with kidneys and other things, (if you want details, she will have to tell ya.) Anyway, they kept her for a few days until the pain was under control.
Oh, yes. Another HUGE thing happened to us. We got moved to a "new" ward. It's actually the same ward Nathan and I were in when we first got married. The stake made some new boundary changes and shook up a few wards. We love our old ward (4th ward) and the great people in it, but we are also excited to be in 1st ward! I've always loved change though-- On my mission I was always a little sad to be transferred, but my excitement for a new area always outweighed my sadness by far! It's fun to mix things up.
On with the PHOTOS....
Here are my three favorite guys this morning after they finished getting some apples together. All three of them are crazy about apples! That's definitely a good thing to like when you're living in the middle of Grandad's orchard! We have our work cut out for us... applesauce, cider, dehydrated apples... we've got a lot to learn this year!
I love these guys. They are all best buddies. Noah especially adores his daddy. I love to sit and just watch how they all interact. I wonder how I got so lucky.

Noah LOVES to work. He actually makes himself sweat from working so hard. I realized the other day that I could really use this to my advantage... hmmm... teaching him to cook and clean might just be a great idea. His future wife will thank me, right??

Noah and Jaylee. Jaylee is one of Noah's favorite people in the whole world! These two play really well together. I love that they both happened to be wearing orange.

Noah and his girl cousins, Jaylee and Allison at Shaun and Bracy's reception.

Jeff and his beautiful Shaylee... showing some leg. Jeff, MaryLee and their girls came up for Shaun's reception. Shaylee fell asleep before she could get her outfit changed. She is SO sweet and SO beautiful.

I love this picture of these three cutie pies!

Cole Bug.

The cousins all went and hung out at the bouncy place that opened here not too long ago. They were all so sweaty when they were done. But I think it's safe to say they all LOVED it! I think Emryck is the only one missing from this photo. It was hard to get a shot with all the motion. Boing, boing, boing!

Always looking for an opportunity to get a family photo!

Cole likes to go into the kitchen and take anything he can get his hands on. This particular day he took a yogurt from the refrigerator, pulled out my big measuring spoon and... well, you can see what he did with it.

My cousin, Shaun and his beautiful bride, Bracy, were married in Manti, UT. They are such a gorgeous couple. It makes me feel a little old, because I remember when Shaun was born. And Bracy moved into my family's ward when she was only about three or four years old. She was the CUTEST little girl. And, as you can see, she is still stunning.

The Manti Temple

Noah calls Naomi "Yomie." He LOVES her so much! He wishes he could play with her more often! Isn't she cute?

Yomie and Noah at DQ.

Todd and Martha's wedding. Denver Temple.

These two are such a great match. Everyone kept talking about how Todd and Martha were made for each other. It's so exciting to see how the extended family keeps growing!

Just curious about how many weddings do you go to in a year? It might be a record!
Great pics, fun memories!

Believe it or not, we are missing photos from TWO other receptions! Tennille & Ryan and Jaclyn & Blake.

You guys definitely went on the wedding circut this year. Your boys (including Nathan of course) are all so handsome! I love the apple picking pictures. What I wouldn't give for one of Granddaddy's good apples! Yummy! My mouth is just watering thinking about it. Hope you guys are doing great!
