What can I say for my sweet baby sister?
When we were young I just hugged her and kissed her.
Well, pinched her and shoved her a tad, I suppose.
It's true, even gave her her first bloody nose.
But she's gotta know that I've always adored her.
Even on days when she thought that I bored her!
Well, Bleah, I just hope that your day has been great.
And you haven't done any one thing you might hate.
Consider this poem full of happy-day wishes.
Don't do any laundry, or cleaning or dishes.
I love you!!

Mom
I sense a love of poetry, here ;)
I found you on my bloggy friend Annie's blog list, and thought I'd stop by. Anyone she knows must be worth visiting, I figure. I was right! Fun poem about your sister. My poem to my little brother might have more blood letting in it I'm afraid...
So Katie - as the poet laureate of your clan, don't you think it's time you haiku your butt over to my place and participate? I've made a convert of your friend Annie...
